Implantology & dental restorations

So real.

Implants are artificial tooth roots: they replace lost teeth or anchor bridges and dentures — for a feeling just like having your own teeth.

Your benefits

Five good reasons for implants.

Secure hold

Implants anchor restorations firmly in the jaw — dentures sit securely without slipping.

Full chewing power

Eat, laugh and speak as if with your own teeth: implants restore full function.

Bone preservation

The artificial tooth root loads the jaw naturally and helps prevent bone loss.

Protecting healthy teeth

Unlike with bridges, healthy neighbouring teeth do not need to be ground down.

Biocompatible materials

Titanium or ceramic — excellently tolerated and proven over decades.

Treatment process

In four steps to a fixed restoration.

  1. Dr Quirin Kutscher talking with a patient.

    Consultation & examination

We clarify your wishes, examine the starting situation and available bone, and discuss all the options.

  2. Digital implant planning on screen.

    3D planning

With cone-beam CT (CBCT) we plan the implant position to the millimetre on a 3D model.

  3. Implant placement at the practice.

    Implant placement

The procedure is gentle and guided — with bone augmentation using the modern PRF technique where needed.

  4. Implant-supported restorations.

    Dental restorations

After three to six months of healing, your fixed restoration is fitted — a precise match from the digital workflow.
